1# High Data Volume and Document Management

To manage the big volume of customer data, Excel was used which was not efficient enough. Upon further upgradation to MS Access it could handle the large volume of data but there was no possibility to link a wide range of other data like offers, order documents.


2# Subcontractor Communication

The work order that is received from client is further broken down into multiple work orders for the assigned subcontractors. There was no possibility for the subcontractors to communicate with each other in relation to a work order.


3# Order Processing and Monitoring

The average number of monthly work orders range from 700-1000 generated from different types of business like electrical, heating, ventilation, plumbing, finishing trades etc. Managing all the operations and monitoring of the order processing was a challenging task.
