1# Traditional Sales & Order Funnel

In Liqui Moly, the sales and order funnel was rather traditional in the sense of Sales Coordinators capturing the various orders from their assigned salesforce and entering orders into the system on behalf of the sales team.


2# No Real-Time Direct System Access

The sales team had no mobile, real-time direct access into the system which caused something comparable to RUSH-Hours in all the offices and operations. The Sales Team usually consolidated the orders throughout a day and then got them entered the following day in the morning resulting in highly busy morning hours with accumulated pending orders to be entered into the system.


3# Integration with 3rd Party Vendor and Delivery Partners

The Inventory Management didn’t allow integration of third party vendors and delivery partners into the old system. This made considerable amount of exchange in physical documents and delayed process of shipment and delivery.
